About
Friedrich J. Richter is a documentary photographer from Berlin, whose work resides at the intersection of journalism and activism. Through his lens, he critically explores the impacts of capitalism and neo-colonialism on communities and the environment. As a freelance photojournalist, he has worked with humanitarian aid organisations in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Friedrich holds a degree in communication design and is currently pursuing further studies in visual journalism in Hanover.
